(Al-Ahraf) 7 : 2

A Book sent down into you, not to have in your chest any difficulty due to it; so that you to warn with It, and as a Reminder for the believers.

Adhikr is revealed as a Reminder for the entire mankind as explained in verse 6: 90. Adhikr is denoted as the Reminder in 21 places such as in verses 6: 68; 11: 120; 26: 209; 39: 21, and 89: 23. But the believers only utilize It as a Reminder as told in verse 51: 55. It is told in verses 20: 1-3: "Lord has not sent down this Reading upon Messenger to upset him, except as a Ticket for the one who fears Lord". By calling the believers through verse 22: 78 Lord commands to do Jihad in the cause of the Lord as it should be done, for that He has selected them, and He has not made upon them any difficulty in the life way of their forefather Ibrahim. Lord says Messenger through verses 18: 6; 26: 3-4, and 36: 76 not to destroy himself in grief for not becoming his people believers with Adhikr which is sent down upon him. Adhikr is sent down not to become gloomy, fearful, or suppressed, but to become the upright vicegerents of the Lord by testifying It as the Straightpath and Prosperity.

The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar doesn't consider Adhikr as a Reminder, Warning, or Advice as explained in verse 3: 138. It is told in verse 80: 17 that the one who hides Adhikr which is denoted as the Ticket for returning into Paradise in verse 80: 11 have been killed. It is told in verses 87: 9-13 that the unluckiest one who abstains the Reminder Adhikr will be roasted in the great Fire wherein he will neither die nor live. See explanation 2: 256; 4: 82, and 5: 48.
